取材パス用顔写真の送付
Posting of a copy of face photo for the press pass.

高画質モード／縦サイズ2,000ピクセル程度／白など風景が写り込まない背景／
サングラス、帽子などの着用不可（眼鏡は可）

High resolution image / vertical size of about 2,000 pixels / white background with no landscapes reflected / not wearable for sunglasses, hats or etc. (glasses is acceptable).

取材パス用顔写真を下記メールアドレスまで送付してください。
メールの題名に『取材パス用顔写真』と明記し、
メール本文に必ずご本人の名前をフルネームで記載

Please send a face photo for the press pass to the following e-mail address.
Please state "Face photo for the press pass" in the subject line of your e-mail and full name on the e-mail.

取材誓約書のご提出

D1取材誓約書をダウンロードし、内容を了承のうえ
ご署名いただき事務局宛に郵送してください。

Please download the D1 press acceptance form,
sign upon your understanding and mail the hard copy to D1 office.

登録・保険料は定められた金額を
期日までにお名前を明記のうえ下記までお振り込みください。

取材誓約書のご提出

D1取材誓約書をダウンロードし、内容を了承のうえ
ご署名いただいたものを大会当日受付にご提出ください。

Please download the D1 press acceptance form,
sign upon your understanding and submit the hard copy to the media center on the day of the event.

プレス登録・保険料について
Press registration/insurance premium

登録・保険料は税込¥2,500です。大会当日にお支払いください。

Please make a payment of the registration fee and insurance premium in the amount of JPY2,500 including tax on the day of the event.

受理証の発行
Issuing the acceptance form

大会１週間前までに受理証をＥメールにてお送りいたしますので、
プリントアウトして当日プレス受付にご提出ください。
その際に取材証をお渡しいたします。

For applications approved, you will receive such notice 1 week before the event.
Please print out the acceptance form and bring it to the media center on the day of the event.
You will receive your passes upon presentation of the form.

イベント当日の取材申請は受理できませんので、
必ず大会10日前までには、申請を済ませて下さい。

WEB掲載のための取材申請は、
媒体名欄にサイト名およびURLをご記入下さい。

動画取材については、事前に申請のあった報道媒体のみ『90秒以内』の撮影を許可していますが、
それ以外の取材は、事前に企画書を必ずお送り下さい。事務局で判断させて頂きます。

取材後は掲載媒体または収録された内容物（DVD等）を広報事務局までお送り下さい。

取材当日、取材にそぐわない服装（ショートまたはミディアムパンツ・ヒールの付いた靴など）を
されている場合、事務局の判断にて取材をお断りすることがございます。

種別Photo（コースサイド設置エリア）パスには人数制限を設けさせていただきますので、
予めご了承ください。

コースサイドでのご取材は、ヘルメットの着用が必要となる場合がございますので、
ヘルメットをご持参ください。ヘルメットに関しては、自転車競技用、バイク用、
4輪レース用、登山用、などの顎ヒモが付き頭部の安全が十分に確保できるものといたします。
作業用安全帽、防災用などは不可といたします。

Applications will not be accepted on the day of the events. Please ensure to apply at least 10 days prior to each event.
For the web media accreditation, please indicate the name of URL and site in the media name field.
Applications for video coverage are permitted only for genuine media coverage within 90 second length, requiring to submit the proposal regarding usage of such material, which will be decided by D1 office.
Please send the contents filmed such as DVD to the public relations divisions.
Press personnel must be properly attired. D1 office reserves the right to refuse entry to personnel who are deemed not be dressed appropriately.
-Please note that there is a limit on the number of people for the course side pass above.
Please bring with your helmet as it may be required to wear at covering race inside of the track.
Please ensured the sufficiently safety helmet with a chin strap such as competitive cycling, 4-wheel race or mountaineering use.
A working safety hat or disaster-preventing hat may not be used.
